Welcome to Red Flags 101 - it’s great to have you here!

From my work as a Red Flags & Boundaries Educator for teens and workplaces, I know we've come a long way when it comes to educating on gaslighting, love bombing, and coercive control.

But many still struggle to understand what these Red Flags look, sound, and feel like.

What makes it worse, is that the media often romanticizes toxic behaviour, using celebrities to push unhealthy ideals of 'love' — which makes it hard for both teens and parents/loved ones to know how to spot and avoid psychological abuse (and everything that follows).

And that’s why I’m excited to be able to bring you this new course, with a focus on supporting community members like yourself to live safer, stronger, more peaceful lives. May this content bless and empower you in your journey forward.

With light, hope, and inspiration,

Jas Rawlinson — Award Winning Speaker, Author and Advocate
